Welcome to my Home Page
I have practiced law in the payments industry as in-house counsel for American Express and a senior lawyer with Visa for nearly 25 years, and since 2005 in private practice providing legal services to start-up and established companies. I am a graduate of UCLA Law School, on the Law Review, and have written a number of legal articles on payments regulatory and industry issues. In addition to regulatory consulting I assist companies with negotiation of contracts with the myriad categories of service providers that comprise the payments industry.
